Flik Fest
See your work screened at the Sun Theatre
This year the Yarraville Festival is proud to bring the inaugural Yarraville Film Festival. This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to showcase its diversity and versatility through the medium of film.
This year the Film Festival’s theme will be “Made Near Me”. In a time when local manufacturing and creativity has never been more celebrated and yet paradoxically are threatened by a changing economic landscape the Festival’s organisers hope this encourages film makers to explore things that are made in and around Yarraville. Whether it’s locally grown produce, a small manufacturer, a big employer, a craftsman or artisan, there is a rich vein of material for directors to mine.
When: Sunday, 15th February 2014 @ 12pm
Where: The Sun Theatre in Yarraville.
