Last night valued clients and staff gathered into one of Melbourne’s most iconic theatres (The Sun Theatre) to applaud the winner of the honourable Jack Green award, Pauline Spilsbury. Awarded for her ongoing commitment to the ‘company, customer and community,’ Pauline has contributed immeasurably to Compton Green’s success.
Director of Compton Green, Adrian Butera spoke fondly about Pauline and recalled how she first started at Compton Green. “Pauline started out doing work experience about seven years ago and I have watched her grow with our company. She provides a tremendous level of client service and goes above and beyond her role, always supporting all members of staff. I don’t know what I would do without her,” he said.
As Yarraville receptionist and office administrator, Pauline is naturally a people person and brings to the team a warm personality, unwavering commitment and dedication. She is further evidence as to why our service continues to exceed our customer’s expectations. Congratulations Pauline!
