High Clearance Rate Strikes

Compton Green celebrated Super Saturday with a high clearance rate of 100 per cent. Nine sold stickers were pinned to boards over the weekend which included: 6/42 Bradley Street, Newport – $425,000, 112 Esplanade, Williamstown – undisclosed, 28 Agg Street, Newport – undisclosed, 96 Verdon Street, Williamstown – $1,686,000, 2/15 Angus Avenue, Altona North – $500,000, 111/200 Stephen Street, Yarraville – $424,500, 1/199 Blackshaws Road, Newport – $595,000, 5 Chandler Street, Williamstown – $1,060,000 and 25 Seventh Avenue, Altona North – $560,000.

Among those homes that went for auction included 96 Verdon Street in Williamstown which has been treasured by the same family for the past 48 years.
